1. Call to order
Adrian Moreira as PRESIDENT called to order the regular meeting of the Veteranos Guardia Nacional de Nicaragua Inc at 09:00 on January 09 2011 in Hormiga de Oro Restaurante..


2. Roll call
Fernando J Garcia conducted a roll call.

The following persons were present:

3. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Fernando J Garcia read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.


4. Open issues
1. Support  Cuerpo Transmisiones  to futures event / January 15 2011 Event at Hormiga de Oro 14:00 to 20:00 Board Members gave private donation
2. OLD ISSUES
( tikets sales/  new members/  Future PIC NIC by J brautigam./  A moreira recomended  new docs for corp 2011/  SUPPORT WEB SIDE VETERANOS GUARDIA NACIONAL INC

3. WAITING  TIME to Dr Sanchez  for issue By law


5. New business
1. New location for futures meeting; as of today still pending
2. Verbal nomination  Fernando J Garcia  as Secretary  per A Moreira    all in favor
3. Design day of week to communication by Phone or e-mail and update the Board Members    Date selected was WEDNESDAY   all in favor
